Have you ever seen your own resting face? 😂 We all have one — and sometimes it’s saying a lot more than we realise. If you work with people, your face can be part of the experience you’re creating for them. You might be brilliant at what you do, but if you look miserable every time someone walks through the door, people may not stick around long enough to find out. So ask someone you trust: “What does my resting face say?” And then listen without getting defensive.
