I stayed at universalorlandohotels Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel and honestly… this might be one of the best weekend escapes in Orlando. Mediterranean-inspired vibes, views overlooking Universal Epic Universe, rooftop cocktails, and food that is as tasty as it is pretty 🤩 Ended the stay at Bar Helios and the atmosphere alone was worth it. Starry rooftop lounge, tapas, seafood, and panoramic views of the park lit up at night.   And I HAVE to talk about the “Clash of the Titans” cocktail from the Alchemy by Loews beverage program 🍸✨ Gin, feta-infused honey, lemon, St-Germain, airy foam, cracked pepper… sounds wild but tasted perfectly balanced. Sweet, savory, citrusy, & smooth.  One of those drinks you keep thinking about after.
