Charlotte, here’s one you need to know about. 🇮🇳🔥 Utsav is way more than just a restaurant. You’ve got a full food hall with multiple stalls, a fine dining restaurant and bar called Happy Times, one of the biggest Indian grocery stores in the region with a fresh meat section, plus banquet space for events. It’s also right next to Costco on Tyvola, which makes it even easier to pull up. A few of my favorites? The butter chicken pizza was a standout, the jalebi is a must when it’s fresh, and over at Happy Times the crispy corn, chicken tikka masala with garlic naan, goat biryani, and that standing pomfret fry were all hitting. Drinks were on point too. This is definitely a spot to keep on your radar whether you’re trying to grab a casual bite, sit down for dinner, shop for groceries, or even book a space for an event.
