KCK did not disappoint 🔥 I finally made my way to kristyscreolekitchen inside City Kitch and everything I had was solid. I started with the fried fish platter with dirty rice and that fish was fried perfectly with seasoning you could really see. Then I tried the garlic parm turkey wings and man listen... them wings had to come off a pterodactyl 😂 huge, flavorful, and super tender. The sweet chili bourbon street salmon bites were fire too. Perfectly fried, sauced up, and easy to tear up. And to top it all off, I finished with the gumbo for “dessert” because why not 😭 If you want some flavorful Creole food in Charlotte, this is definitely a spot to check out.
