SEAFOOD and WINGS in Charlotte, NC. This is a new Black owned seafood and wings spot that recently opened near the airport called Uncle Chef. They have a variety of options for fish, shrimp, scallops so I went with the hot honey fish and garlic parm shrimp. I recommend adding one of their sauces or signature seasonings to whatever you order. This video was from when they first opened and they’ve made a few updates like fully tossing the wings so yours will look a bit different/even better.
