Great BBQ in Charlotte, NC. I’ve tried Union BBQ several times now and their bbq is great. They are a new school bbq food truck using Mexican flavors to create a super unique experience. In my opinion, they have some of the best brisket in Charlotte. The sides aren’t your typical bbq sides, but I can appreciate the uniqueness of them! Also the Big Deborah is a must order for dessert!
