I get 50 emails a day from people saying, “I’ve been doing this thing... it’s not working, there’s no traction. Should I give up and do something else?” Inevitably, I email back and ask, “How long have you been doing it?” And they’ll say, “Four months.” Are you f*cking kidding me? You want this to be your life, and you’re giving up after four months? Are you out of your mind? The point? Patience is grossly underestimated. There is no quick cure. The hard work matters, and patience is what overrides it. My advice to you: it’s about staying the course, putting in the work, and positioning yourself to go out and win. Stop looking for the short game. Stop looking for the miracle algorithm. Stop looking for that one move that’s going to change your outcome.
