I’ve been praying for courage but nobody told me the first step is being open to actually being courageous…🙏 Every time I step on that field something is on the line. One pitch can make or break an inning. So I stopped worrying about being perfect and started worrying about being PRESENT💪 I’ve never been able to fully commit to throwing changeup. Ever. Today I said “what’s the worst thing that could happen?” and snapped it as hard as I could🤷‍♀️ Best one I’ve ever thrown in my life. See your failures are only embarrassing if you make them that way.
