Give her her flowers now sis 💐 People see the full restaurant, the smiles, the finished product... but they don’t always see the meetings, the phone calls, the payroll, the hard decisions, or the countless problems that have to be solved before the doors even open. Entrepreneurship isn’t always glamorous. Some days you’re celebrating wins. Other days you’re putting out fires you never saw coming. 😅 One thing I’ve learned over the years is that who you build with matters just as much as what you’re building. Having women around you who genuinely support your vision, challenge you to grow, celebrate your wins, and help carry the weight on the hard days is priceless.
