It wish this was an April Fools’ post but it’s not 😔 My favorite series has come to an end 😭😩 How lovely it was to solve one last mystery with Everly Swan and how hard it is to say goodbye. Thank you so much to poisonedpenpress for the ARC, and thank you julieannelindsey for creating such and incredible series. It's hard to adequately say goodbye to a series that means so much to me. Everly and her mysterious adventures in Charm got me back into reading after years of struggling to find the joy I had as a kid reading Nancy Drew, and introduced me the cozy mystery genre as a whole. I cried multiple times throughout this book, but nothing punched me in the gut quite like reading the final three chapters. I felt like I grew along with these characters, their family and friends as the series went on and to see them in the future was really emotional.
