Even if. Too small words with a big big meaning. This is what it means this to me: 1. Even if I don’t fully understand God. 2. Even if I’m consumed by a fire. 3. Even if I have nothing and no one, and lose everything. 4. Even if I’m overcome with sickness, plague, and disease. 5. Even if I have a day, or a week, or a month, or a year when my faith is shaken. 6. Even if evil men kill me, and toss my body in the gutter. 7. And even if I you say I’m a fool, and Jesus is a fable, and a myth, even if… I still won’t deny Him, and I will not bow my knee to the golden false god of this world. Period. Full stop.
