Nebraska volleyball’s renovated Devaney Center is ready for its home opener Thursday night as Nebraska hosts a 3 day event including Baylor, Georgia Tech and New Mexico. Middle Blocker Manaia Ogbechie called the upgrades “amazing,” saying the new environment “is gonna be incredible,” while Libero Olivia Mauch said the team is excited to be back home in front of Husker fans. From the new chair-back seating, lights and sound system to expanded player and team spaces — plus the massage chairs — Coach Dani Busboom Kelly says the upgrades create “a place where everybody can hang out” and build more organic team bonding.
