1. I confused hyperfocus with consistency. When I was excited, I could create for HOURS. When the dopamine disappeared? So did I. 😭 2. I consumed WAY too much information. Hooks. Niches. Algorithms. Editing. Monetization. I thought learning more would help me start. Instead, I got overwhelmed and froze. 3. I waited for motivation. On high-energy days, I was unstoppable. On low-energy days? Nothing got posted. I didn’t need more motivation. I needed a system that worked even when the dopamine wasn’t there. 4. I was learning things I didn’t need YET. I didn’t need another advanced strategy. I needed someone to tell me: Start here. Ignore that for now. Do this next. 5. I followed systems that weren’t built for my brain. Batch 30 videos. Plan a month ahead. Post every day. ā€œJust be consistent.ā€ I’d get excited → try everything → get overwhelmed → burn out → quit. Then blame myself. But I wasn’t the problem. I was trying to force my neurodivergent brain into systems that didn’t work for me...
