I still can’t believe this happened. 😭 Over the weekend, I had been praying really hard about social media. I’ve wrestled with this for a long time. Is this actually something God wants me doing or is it something I’ve become too attached to and need to be willing to walk away from? Over the past year I’ve talked to my husband about it, I’ve talked to a priest about it, I’ve talked to my mom about it, I’ve talked to my friends about it and we’ll, you get the picture. But over the weekend I finally prayed, “God, I need a sign. Like… burning bush level clear. 😂 Please tell me what You want me to do.” Then Monday morning, before I did my weekly Ask Me Anything, I read the Gospel for the day. It was the story of the rich young man who asks Jesus what more he needs to do. Jesus tells him to give up his possessions and follow Him, and the man walks away sad because he has many possessions.
