It all starts with the materials. I use salvaged wood for my feathers, which means turning whatever I can get my hands on into something actually usable. With a combination of my Mastercraft cordless circular saw and mitre saw, I’m breaking it down, cutting it into workable strips, and getting my feather backer ready.
