Then, duplicate your photo and use Pixel Eraser to isolate the face. Repeat this to isolate the hand. Step 2: Change the design to “Edit as Video”. Duplicate the isolated face and hand elements, then rotate them slightly. Select all the isolated face and hand elements and keep duplicating them to create stop motion effect. Step 3: Select the background elements and add Scrapbook animation and Rotate effects. Change up the rotation direction to make it more fun. Experiment with other animations as you like! All done!
