We are grateful to continue our partnership with the acdhsofficial 💕🏳️‍⚧️ SisTers PGH has been awarded $66,000 to continue providing housing-focused case management services for transgender and nonbinary individuals and families across Allegheny County. Through this partnership, our team works to support community members experiencing housing instability by providing advocacy, resource navigation, eviction prevention, rent and utility assistance coordination, crisis response, and connections to essential services. As a Black trans-led organization, we know that stable housing is foundational to health, safety, and long-term wellbeing. Continued public investment in these services helps ensure that transgender and nonbinary community members have access to the support they need to remain safely housed and connected to resources.
