We are currently seeking a full-time Project T Housing & Program Coordinator to support the daily operations of our transitional housing program serving Black and Brown trans women experiencing housing instability and homelessness in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role is rooted in trauma-informed care, community accountability, crisis response, housing navigation, participant support, and helping residents transition toward long-term housing stability. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, community-centered, and passionate about supporting Black trans communities through direct service and leadership.
