Plane Crashes Into Lake Stevens Backyard, Seriously Injuring Pilot And Nearly Hitting Family And Propane Tank✈️😱 A small single-engine plane crashed into a residential backyard near Lake Stevens on Sunday evening, leaving the pilot seriously injured. The aircraft went down near the 11000 block of 127th Avenue NE, adjacent to the Frontier Air Park community, where neighbors rushed to provide first aid before firefighters arrived. The pilot was the plane’s only occupant and was trapped inside until emergency crews freed him and transported him to a nearby trauma center. The aircraft landed in the yard without hitting the home and narrowly missed a large propane tank. The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office and NTSB are investigating the cause of the crash.
