As the Mother Road celebrates its 100th anniversary, here’s why this journey belongs on your bucket list. 🚗🛣️ #visitarizona Our first stop is Oatman, where we tour the haunted mine, browse the local shops, and get acquainted with the famous wild burros (they’re very friendly). They’re actually descendants of the burros miners used over a century ago, and now they pretty much run the town. 🫏👻 Next up, Cool Springs Station⛽️This little gas station has been around since the 1920s. It burned down in 1966, but locals brought it back to life, and today it’s one of the most iconic stops on Arizona’s Route 66. Then it’s on to Kingman, where Route 66 history is everywhere you look.
