Idaho’s public schools face constant attack from the GOP supermajority. Fully funding education means keeping experienced teachers in our classrooms, reducing overcrowding, properly funding special education, and stopping the cycle where local communities have to rely on levies just to cover basic needs. That is not wasteful spending. That is investing in the people who will build Idaho’s future. As governor, I will restore state responsibility for public education and make sure taxpayer dollars reach the classrooms, teachers, and students who need them.
