Our #DetroitRec events team worked extremely hard to bring Detroit the first carnival within the neighborhoods. It is our goal and mission to continue providing free events to Detroiters within the neighborhoods. It is our main priority to be in the neighborhoods so that recreation opportunities are accessible to our communities. We could not have imagined that over 20,000 guests would #TakePart in #EasterFunFest23 but we are so happy that they did. We appreciate each and every one of you for trusting us with the fun and we are working to make our events bigger and better for our city.
