Last night the Detroit Recreation Department participated in the NEYIC Adopt A Child Christmas Program. The department adopted 12 well deserving kids ranging in the age of 7 months to 11 years of age. This years' adopters were Alicia Bradford, Sue Norander, Nancy Capers, Raymell Tyler, Donna Miller, Michael Williams, Karla Williamson, Jescelia Anderson, Frances Burton, Morae Cochran & Adams/Butzel Complex Teen Council, Lisa Bryant & Patton Recreation Center Staff, Andrea Robinson & Williams Recreation Center Staff, Loretta Harman & Heilmann Recreation Center Special Population last but not least Michael West & Young Recreation Center Staff.
