These children face unique challenges every day, often relying on specialized caregivers, therapies, and high tech medical equipment just to live. Right here in our own community there are more than 5,000 medically fragile children, and the need for support continues to grow. At the heart of this mission is Megan Schomer, the founder and President-CEO of Rays for Rare. After the loss of her son Corwyn, she turned her grief into purpose, creating a lifeline for families who often feel unseen and overwhelmed.
