There comes a point on the path when you realize that more information is not always the answer.
We are taught to keep looking outside of ourselves—to books, teachers, podcasts, courses, opinions, philosophies, and endless information.
And all of these things can help us. They can point us in a direction. They can open a door.
But eventually, there comes a time when you have to put the books down.
Turn off the noise.
Stop collecting other people’s answers.
And go within.
Because there are things you cannot truly learn from another person.
You have to experience them.
You have to become still enough to hear what is beneath the thinking mind, beneath conditioning, beneath all the ideas you have gathered about who you are and how life is supposed to be.
The greatest teacher is not always another voice.
Sometimes the deepest wisdom appears only when all the other voices become quiet.
Read. Learn. Listen.
But do not be afraid to eventually let it all go.
