Second Chance Center helps people impacted by the justice system rebuild their lives through comprehensive reentry services that promote recovery, stability, and long-term success. Grounded in the expertise of people with lived experience, SCC combines peer support, behavioral health navigation, and practical resources to help individuals address barriers, strengthen their well-being, and successfully transition into their communities.
