Hugo isn’t in the gym today because he’s already great. He’s in there because he’s chasing better, one rep, one adjustment, one rewire of the shooting form at a time.
Hugo has improved dramatically in the last 6 months , due to putting in a lot of hard work , learning to fail , and learning to listen to instructions. He has had a great season with our u16 Hornets D1 boys team, headed to the Grand Finals next week.
He is excited about this year’s representative program, where his hard work will hopefully pay off and bring him the rewards and recognition he deserves.
Nobody sees the 500th rep. Everybody sees the shot that goes in during the game that matters. That’s the trick, the work happens in private, the results show up in public.
