The Quantum Innovation Center at the University of Missouri is moving to the Payne Energy Innovation Center in 2028.
Dr. Chi-Ren Shyu, chair of the executive committee for the Quantum Innovation Center, argues research in quantum computing can enable AI programs to more accurately mimic nature and solve large-scale problems.
Moving to the Payne Innovation Center will provide the Quantum Innovation Center with a physical location and allow it to collaborate with AI, engineering and physics researchers.
