There’s nothing like hopping off the screens and connecting in real life! Over the last two days, Shondaland team members from across the country came together for our company offsite, featuring guest speakers opalvadhan, lontok, and kingjosiah54, as well as an in-office workday. Together, we discussed using our voices in storytelling, taking risks, AI in the workplace, teamwork, and leadership competencies. We even learned about body language through a game of poker and ran into melanieelisa (we had a total fangirl moment over Love Island because only in LA can you bump into a star and invite them to come say hi!). The literal cherry on top was ice cream from swrlies and spending time together. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this offsite a huge success.
