There’s a difference between setting a healthy boundary and silently running a test your spouse doesn’t know they’re taking. When you’re exhausted from always being the one to initiate, pulling back can feel justified. Maybe if I stop, they’ll finally notice. But underneath that thought might be something much more vulnerable: I want to know that you still choose me. I want to feel wanted. I’m lonely. Your spouse can’t respond to a need they don’t know you have. Instead of waiting for them to pass the test, try letting them into what’s really going on in your heart. It may not fix everything overnight, but honesty gives you somewhere to begin. 💛 What’s harder for you: saying “I’m lonely” or admitting “I need you”? #familylifetoday
