When we heard that IsabelAndHelen were putting on a show at TheConranShopOfficial to celebrate ten years of the studio this LDF, we were immediately taken back to 2016 when we first interviewed the pair on the early days of their set design work for our emerging talent series Ones to Watch. A whole decade since then, and a whole host of career-defining collaborations, breathtaking builds and awe-inspiring campaigns under their belt, we’ve watched the studio go from strength to strength, all with a perpetual dedication to hands-on craft. Shining a light on the past decade of their joint practice, the exhibition focuses on one singular theme that has touched all of Isabel + Helen’s work to date: the studio’s unending fascination with the mechanics of making things move.
