You don't learn to host by throwing a dinner party. You learn at your own kitchen counter. On this week's episode of ADHD &, I talked with @a_littlemorespecial (Karen Kaplan and Jen McKinney) about why so many women with ADHD love the idea of entertaining and then never start. Karen's reframe: practice on yourself first. Use what's already in your fridge. Buy one thing to build around. Throw everything on the grill. Put a placemat down even when it's just you and a Tuesday. A few reps of that, and your brain starts collecting evidence: I can do this. Then you invite one friend. Then you build from there. Hosting isn't a test you pass. It's an experiment you run until it feels like yours. Full episode with Karen and Jen is in my bio. Ok, now it's your turn: what's one tiny thing you do to make an ordinary dinner feel special? Tell me in the comments, and follow along for more ADHD tips for women. #ADHD #ADHDwomen #ADHDtips #ADHDbrain #neurodivergent #ADHDadults #ADHDcoach #ADHDs...
