Karen's reframe: practice on yourself first.
Use what's already in your fridge. Buy one thing to build around. Throw everything on the grill. Put a placemat down even when it's just you and a Tuesday.
A few reps of that, and your brain starts collecting evidence: I can do this. Then you invite one friend. Then you build from there.
Hosting isn't a test you pass. It's an experiment you run until it feels like yours.
