Ms. Debra Brown knows a thing or two about bringing the energy. 💙 A proud former Texas Southern University majorette who remains deeply involved with TSU today, Ms. Brown brings that same enthusiasm and spirit with her to school — even when she’s not dancing. As a special education teacher in HISD, she is known for the patience, kindness and respect she shows her students every day. She makes sure the vibes are right, gives her best to her students and is always someone her teammates can count on. Her colleagues call her a ray of sunshine, and it’s easy to see why.
