Every year on 9/11, NYC’s Oculus building becomes a powerful tribute 💛⁠ ⁠ This phenomenon is known as the Wedge of Light. It was designed by architect Daniel Libeskind as part of the World Trade Center rebuilding plan, so that every September 11th, sunlight shines directly through the Oculus skylight, moving across the floor between 8:46 AM (when the North Tower was struck) and 10:28 AM (when the North Tower collapsed).⁠ ⁠ Have you ever witnessed this in person?
