In honor of seeing my friend @xoxomame tomorrow, I had to try the viral watermelon ice cream and it’s actually worth the hype! All you do is: Take a half of a watermelon and scoop out some of the middle. Freeze for a few hours (or overnight). Add heavy cream to the middle. Mash and stir until it turns into a smooth, fluffy ice cream consistency. That’s it! So refreshing, naturally sweet, and the perfect summer treat.
