While our current Scouts weren’t born when the events of 9/11/01 took place, on this 25th anniversary, what they can do is: 1) learn about and from 9/11, 2) honor heroes 3) lend a hand in service.   This September, we challenge all current Scouts to ask the same question that the Scouts from 25 years ago asked: “How can we help?”   Then, show up to Do A Good Turn and serve. Whether it’s an individual Scout helping a neighbor rake leaves or an entire pack or troop volunteering at a local food bank, do something good for someone else.   Let’s show the nation what good citizenship looks like and serve our communities.
