After 100 years of operating Varsity Pizza, the Dellas family turned over management. Despite the change, the Varsity aims to remain a staple restaurant on Marshall Street and in the community.⁠ ⁠ Part of Varsity Pizza’s landmark status in Syracuse is a testament to its loyal employees.
