Saying hello to fall with these festive pumpkin cheesecake Jell-O shots. 🎃 Link for the pumpkin mold is in our bio. cocktails may earn commission through links in our socials. -3 oz pack orange Jell-O mix -1 packet unflavored gelatin -3/4 cup hot water -1/4 cup heavy cream -1/2 cup vanilla rum (regular or spiced can work too) -2 tbs. pumpkin puree -2 tbs. cheesecake instant pudding mix -1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Directions 1.Whisk the orange Jell-O and unflavored gelatin into the 3/4 cup hot water until completely dissolved. 2.Whisk in the pumpkin puree, cheesecake pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. 3.Let the mixture cool for a few minutes. 4.Slowly whisk in the heavy cream and rum 5.Carefully pour into the greased pumpkin molds (cooking spray works) using a medicine dropper. 6.Set in the fridge for 3-4 hours 7.Carefully loosen the edges before removing from the mold.
