According to reports, #D4vd is now facing legal action outside of his criminal case, as the family of Celeste Rivas Hernandez has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the singer. The lawsuit comes exactly one year after Celeste’s dismembered remains were discovered in the trunk of D4vd’s Tesla on September 8, 2025.
