If you're going into engineering do NOT‼️ get a MacBook. MacBooks are clean, but once you start getting into engineering software, there are way too many compatibility issues and workarounds you have to deal with. Sometimes the program just straight up isn't made for Mac Save yourself the headache and get something Windows based from the start.
