A 27-year-old Surprise car wash manager is facing four felony charges involving a 17-year-old employee he supervised. Christian Alexander Xaiver Bourn was arrested by Surprise police on July 21 after investigators said he had an inappropriate relationship with a teenage employee at the Cobblestone Auto Spa on Waddell Road. He was booked on two counts of sexual conduct with a minor, one count of luring a minor for sexual exploitation and one count of child enticement. Court records say the case stems from an alleged June 11 incident in a Walmart parking lot near Prasada Gateway Avenue.
