Two brothers were arrested near Tucson after deputies say they were caught racing at more than 100 mph in a 45 mph zone, with their younger sister reportedly riding in the back seat of one of the vehicles. According to deputies, both drivers were stopped after the high-speed run and somehow gave almost the exact same explanation for what they were doing.
