We had an AMAZING time hosting Syrone Harvey for our Inspiring Voices session! She shared her hilarious and heartwarming book Neecy and Nay Nay. In the story, Neecy’s love for bubble gum leads to a BIG problem—when a sticky wad gets trapped in her thick, curly hair! 😱 Instead of panicking, she and her little sister, Nay Nay, turn chaos into creativity by opening their own living-room salon—complete with wild hairstyles, lots of laughter, and a little help from Grandma! Our learners LOVED the story and asked Syrone some brilliant questions. Who knew a little gum could lead to so much creativity?
