PMDD DIARY — DAY 3 Six PT clients and 90 incredible women through my Bootcamps today. This is me right now. Happy. Motivated. Full of energy. Training, working and moving at about 400 miles an hour. Basically… I feel like me. Normally, when I feel this good, I don’t think about my PMDD. Then the difficult weeks arrive and THAT’S when I desperately start searching for something that might help. This month, I’m doing things differently. I’m starting now—before my PMDD arrives. One thing I’m paying much more attention to is my nutrition. Not dieting harder, cutting out carbs or attempting some ridiculous PMDD detox—and definitely not pretending food can cure PMDD. I’m simply returning to the basics I teach other people: regular balanced meals, enough protein, fruit and vegetables, carbohydrates, healthy fats—and actually eating properly instead of getting so busy that I realise at 3pm I’ve survived on coffee.
