This is Utopik Lake! I’ve been out filming this week for carpcircleofficial at Utopik and we’ve had a bloody great few days! I’ve got loads more to show you but just throwing together a few clips from the first few days on the bank. Conditions aren’t the best, high pressure, flat calm and hot days but we’ve still managed 6 carp to 40lb in a few days. Fishing as a team everyone’s had a go on the rods so we haven’t been precious about spots and tactics. Strong combi slip D’s and a variety of bait. I personally prefer to put the rods out with the physical boat so I can feel the lead on the bottom and check the spots but we’ve also had fish using the carplounge_tackle RT7’s that are available here too!
