First light. The best ninety minutes of any session, and the one most people sleep through. I have caught more fish between half four and six than in the whole rest of the day put together, and it is not because the fish prefer it. It is because that is when they show you where they are, and almost nobody is awake to see it. Set an alarm. Be up before it gets light, not after.
