I know this is a hot take and some may disagree; however, when you run a business (especially in healthcare and especially as a private practice owner like myself), I find that it's very difficult to work with someone if they take 2 to 3 days to respond to basic emails or texts pertaining to business matters. 👉 I know we're all busy and obviously can't respond quickly in certain circumstances, but a response within 24 business hours is my threshold for continuing to work with somebody. 😷 And to be honest, of all the successful surgeons and other professionals I know who are all very busy, the vast majority of them respond to texts or emails within the hour. 👉 What are your thoughts on this?
