Have you noticed a funny smell when opening your package of nuPasta? 🤔 That’s the naturally occurring scent of the konjac plant, the main ingredient in our pasta. By rinsing the pasta thoroughly, most people will find that the smell is no longer noticeable. However, if you continue to notice a faint smell, adding a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar while rinsing nuPasta should do the trick!
