Really pleased to share that I’ve been invited to join the LTA’s Inclusion & Diversity Advisory Group (IDAG) as a Shadow Member 🎾 This is a huge stepping stone in my own development, particularly in an area of the sport that I’m extremely passionate about. The opportunity to be part of IDAG, learn from and shadow industry leaders and mentors, and gain greater exposure to governance and leadership within British tennis is something I’m really looking forward to. I’m also excited to bring my own experiences and perspective to the group, contributing to important conversations around inclusion and diversity and ensuring that voices from grassroots and community tennis are represented.
