Here are 3 things I’m doing right now: 🌱 Saving seeds from my best plants. Year after year, this helps me select for the plants that perform best in my climate and conditions. I’m really paying attention to my best performing crops and focused on a strong genetic line of seeds. 📸 Taking pictures of EVERYTHING. What worked, what didn’t, where things were planted, varieties I loved, etc; because if I can’t remember someone’s name 2 minutes after meeting them, I promise I won’t remember it all come spring🙃 🪱 Feeding the soil. A great garden starts below ground, and fall is the perfect time to start building healthier soil for next season! The 2027 garden starts in 2026.
